Very Berry No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

A can’t-miss dessert at this summer’s cookout is Very Berry No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream, made with only 3 ingredients and lots of berries!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup strawberries, diced
  • ¼ cup blueberries, diced
  • ¼ cup raspberries, diced
  • ¼ cup blackberries, diced

Method
 

  1. In a blender or my hand, mix heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract for about 30 seconds until well combined.
  2. Pour mixture into a loaf pan or other freezer-friendly container. Stir in diced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  3. Cover and freeze overnight. Set out for 15 minutes at room temperature to soften before serving.
